並在90年初推出首張個人大碟「相逢在雨中」，獲得一致好評，展開他的歌唱事業新一頁。其後曾演出多部電影，於2003年更親自為電影《大城小事》作創作總監，在2007及2008年亦獲邀為電影《江山美人》及《梅蘭芳》擔任男主角。於2010 年黎明拍攝了兩部電影《火龍》和《為你鍾情》及於2011 年拍攝了《鴻門宴》。

Leon Lai is a Leading Hong Kong actor and Canto-pop singer. Leon was born in Beijing and lived in Hong Kong since 1973. He then attended United Kingdom for Study.

After being awarded in the 1986 in the 5th New Talent Singing Awards, Leon officially started his music Career, at the same time, he also participated in many TV-drama Series and movies.

In 90’s, Leon’s first album “Meet In The Rain” released and had a big success. After that, he had participated in many films. In 2003, Leon was the creative director in 《Leaving Me, Loving You》. And he was also the leading actor in《An Empress and the Warriors》and《Forever Enthralled》in 2007 and 2008. In 2010, Leon participated in 《Fire of Conscience》and《Frozen》, and in 2012, he participated in 《White Vengeance》.
